Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork
Geese travel in v formations. They get to their destinations 33% faster by flying together and the lead goose always rotates. We apply these facts to our business because it is exactly how we work. At different points of projects, many items are needed in which the leaders change to best handle the responsibility.

At Morgandezine we have taken this idea and literally fly by it. Everybody that creates are one of those strong geese flying, leading, encouraging the next to be a little better than they were, a few flaps before.
